My name is Marinus Mans, and I’ve been living with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy for over 28 years. I’m also the author of The Alienation Gene, a self-published science-fiction novel. Mind Your Ability! is my small contribution to the disability community — a space where I share my experiences, stories, and perspectives to help raise awareness and understanding.
